Festival-specific Bengaluru history and documented local event hotspots are used where evidence exists; weak-evidence events deliberately stay close to the normal pattern rather than inventing precision. Weather is refreshed automatically. Unstructured news/advisory links are shown for people or external AI to inspect but do not alter the score automatically.
